Our Style & Approach
Chef MichaelZ is a Summa cum laude graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. Chef MichaelZ brings a New Orleans and Texas style cuisine that booster flavors in their AmeriCajun menu. Offerings will range from seafood, poultry, handcrafted andouille sausage and a variety of side dishes. Our menu features fresh ingredients, mouth-watering flavors and eye-catching presentation. Our intent is to be balanced with both price and food selection. Chef MichaelZ Catering creates unique personalized menus that he customizes for our clients in order to bring healthy creative dishes.
Jazzy Z’s believes that it is not necessary to use gimmicks or food substitutes in order to be successful; it is the essence of using quality meats, wholesome produce and healthy frying oils in order to achieve a healthy dish. Healthy is the byproduct of how a dish is produced as well as handle. At Jazzy Z’s our success is built on reducing fats, additives and salt while maintaining a flavorful dish.
Our Mission & Sustainability
Jazzy Z’s Mobile Food Truck will represent our theme throughout the Metro Phoenix area, by being a part of special events and social gatherings. Jazzy Z’s Mobile Food Truck will produce a menu, which reflects our flavors as well as our styles through elegant bite-size dishes.
We at Jazzy Z’s believe that good food and customer service comes from the heart whereas healthy food comes from being a conscious organization. Consciousness is the forefront of our mission in business; it is what drives our organization ethically. In order to do no harm to our environment we must provide quality food along with good preparation. Our environmental focus gives us an identity in our organization as well as help build a future for generations to come. In order to be sustainable we must participate in the purchase of local produce provided by local growers in order to build a healthy sustainable community. We believe in helping to reduce obesity in our communities as well as being conscious of how we purchase and use ingredients, which helps us develop healthy foods.
The Future
Jazzy Z’s is the brand name for our business, which has three concepts, a Mobile Food Truck, Catering Service and in the future a Restaurant & Jazz Lounge. Jazzy Z’s food concepts will offer Americajun dishes that will include seafood and unique healthy dishes with a smooth jazz vibe. It is our intent to develop a food service throughout the Metro Phoenix area, which brings unique flavors and techniques along with the heart of Chef MichaelZ. Jazzy Z’s Restaurant & Jazz Lounge will consist of a lunch, dinner and Happy Hour menu with a live jazz lounge bar. It is Jazzy Z’s intent to heighten our guest palates and sooth their minds with a relaxing up-tempo jazz sound. Jazzy Z’s Restaurant & Jazz Lounge will offer an environment of relaxation and elegance that will resemble our organizational outlook.
